Refund policy
In-Stock Pieces
Timepieces purchased in stock and ready to ship may be returned within 48 hours of delivery, subject to a 5% restocking fee. To qualify, the piece must be unworn and unused, in its original condition, with all boxes, papers, links, straps, and accessories included. A Return Authorization is required before shipping anything back; contact concierge@jlwrightco.com to request one. Authorized returns must be shipped back, insured and trackable, within 7 days of authorization, at the customer's expense. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund, less the restocking fee, to your original method of payment.
Special Orders and Limited Editions
Special orders and limited editions are final sale. This includes any piece sourced specifically for you from our distributor when not already in stock, and every Edouard Koehn timepiece, each of which is an individually numbered limited edition. Once a numbered piece is sold, that serial is not restocked, exchanged, or resold; a future arrival of the same reference is offered as a new, separately numbered piece. The same final-sale terms apply to reserved or coming-soon pieces secured before arrival: payment secures that specific timepiece and is a binding commitment once placed.
Manufacturer Warranty
Every new timepiece sold by J.L. Wright & Co. is covered by its manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, regardless of return eligibility:
- ZRC: three-year international warranty, extendable to five years with registration.
- Edouard Koehn: three-year manufacturer's warranty.
As your authorized dealer, we serve as your point of contact for warranty service. Should a defect arise, reach out to concierge@jlwrightco.com and we will coordinate inspection, repair, or replacement through the manufacturer.
Damaged or Incorrect on Arrival
If a piece arrives damaged in transit or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will arrange for inspection and remedy at our discretion, including repair or replacement, regardless of the return terms above.
