J.L. Wright & Co. currently ships within the United States only.

All timepieces are shipped fully insured, with signature required upon delivery. Orders are packaged discreetly and dispatched once payment has cleared. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Local collection by appointment is available in Houston for clients who prefer to receive their piece in person.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after a carrier confirms delivery, though our insurance coverage will apply where the loss occurs prior to that point.

Processing times, once payment clears: in-stock pieces ship within 3 business days; special order pieces sourced through our distributor may take longer, and we'll confirm a timeline at the time of order.
