The S line puts the Seven Seas case into stainless steel, brushed and partly polished, and Tutima gives the letter three readings: steely, sporty, spectacular. The case is 44mm across and 13mm deep with a threaded crown and a threaded back, and lateral flanks stand either side of the crown to take a knock. The sapphire crystal is three millimetres thick and nine on the Mohs scale, which leaves only diamond above it. So protected, the self-winding Caliber Tutima 330 runs thirty-eight hours from full wind and carries the date. The case is pressure tested to fifty atmospheres, the equivalent of five hundred metres of water.
The dial is black beneath a black ceramic bezel insert, which turns in one direction only over a sixty minute scale. Super-LumiNova on the hands and indices. On a stainless steel bracelet with folding clasp.
