Patria means homeland in Latin, and the name is a statement about where the watch was made. Inside is the hand-wound Caliber Tutima 617, assembled from 171 parts at the Glashütte manufacture, with a three-quarter plate in the Saxon manner, hand-bevelled edges, and ruby bearings set in screwed gold chatons. The balance runs without an index, regulated by screws against a Breguet overcoil shaped in Glashütte, and the whole of it is visible through the sapphire caseback.
The case is polished Grade 5 titanium, 41mm across and 11.2mm deep, built from only two components with the crown set into a gently curved flank. The anthracite dial carries a fine pyramid texture that shifts as the light moves across it. On a black calfskin strap.
