Patria is Latin for homeland, and this is the line in its original form, in gold and at full size. Inside is the hand-wound Caliber Tutima 619, built at the Glashütte manufacture with a three-quarter plate, an openworked balance cock, and ruby bearings set in screwed gold chatons. The balance runs without an index, regulated by screws against a Breguet overcoil, at 21,600 vibrations an hour, with a 65-hour power reserve. All of it sits behind a sapphire caseback. The case is 18ct rose gold, 43mm across and 11.2mm deep, water resistant to 50m, under a domed sapphire crystal treated against reflection.
The dial is finely silver-plated, and the large off-centre circle carries two things at once, the running seconds and a second time zone on a 12-hour scale, set from the crown. On a brown alligator strap with a pin buckle in matching 18ct rose gold.
